Galloper
The application has been developed with a focus on user-friendliness, enhancing accessibility for individuals within the horse transportation industry to obtain and transmit quotes for equine transport. Additionally, it provides users with the capability to read reviews from peers, which facilitates informed decision-making.
User task flow
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the task's complexity and to analyze the structure and user task flow, we create a user flow diagram. This visual representation aids in identifying opportunities for simplification, ultimately guiding the development of optimal wireframes and design solutions.
Wireframe
After completing the user task flow and gaining a thorough understanding of the design objectives, my team and I initiated the development of wireframes. These wireframes were meticulously designed to clearly convey the functionality of each segment of the project.
Visual design
The initial design was developed using Sketch, and I employed InVision to present an interactive prototype. Collaborating with the client, we invited eight targeted participants to assess the user flows. Participants were encouraged to vocalize their thoughts and provide candid feedback. The primary objective was to evaluate the ease of use of the Galloper platform and to identify and rectify any usability issues.
Landing page
I developed a standalone web page specifically for the Galloper marketing promotion campaign. The campaign yielded successful results.
